Visual Communication is the transmission of information and ideas using symbols, visual elements, such as charts and graphs, clip art, electronic images and imagery. It is believed to be the type that people rely on most and includes signs, graphic designs, films, typography, and countless other examples. There is evidence to suggest that it is the oldest form of communication. Visual Communication is more effective as compared to words. Some facts cannot be delivered in form of words, thus diagrams and pictures are used. Graphs and maps are self-explanatory and can be used to show customers on how the business is performing, rather than using oral communication.

Eligibility Criteria for BSS Diploma in Visual Communication 

• The applicant must be completed Tenth standard or Twelfth or its equivalent from a recognized school board.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Visual Designer has is to collaborate with various disciplines within the business

• The Visual Designer is also responsible for management and execution of visual product assets.

• Visual Designer should support the Senior Visual Designer in formulating, interpreting, visually articulating, and bring to life design improvements in old as well as new products.

• The Visual Designer additionally supports the Senior Visual Designer in his partnership with Managers and Principals of the business, Strategic Planners, as well as assisting in the navigation through multiple projects.

• Visual Designer should research and gather factual information and relay it to Senior Visual Designers and other collaborating departments.

• Visual Designer is tasked with the role of participating and contributing to strategy discussions alongside Senior Visual Designers and Senior Managers from other Product Development departments.
