Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission is implementing the UP Skill Development Programme in mission mode with a target of training the youth of Uttar Pradesh in short-term vocational trades. The training targets would be achieved through the various categories of training providers including Government institutions and private training providers etc. This RFP is for empanelling private training providers for the period of contract which would be up to 31.03.2020 subject to their satisfactory performance reviewed after every 12 months by the Mission.
Proposals are invited from eligible private training providers interested in partnering with the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM) for the said purpose.
However, the preference would be given to the proposals of those training providers who opt for providing training in sectors relating to (i) Construction, (ii) Manufacturing, (iii) Maintenance and operational trouble shooting of the equipment concerning alternative sources of energy e.g. solar lights, (iv) Maintenance and service of agriculture implements, (v) Traditional crafts e.g. Carpet making, Chikankari, Brassware, Glasswork, etc., (vi) Automotive, (vii) Food processing and preservation, and (viii) Nutrition and Health education.
The cost of the RFP is Rs. 10,000/-(Rupee Ten thousand only) to be submitted online in Mission’s account which would be not refundable. The interested bidders has to submit UTR/ Receipt along with the proposal. The proposals without the same will not be considered.
