CAREER IN FORESTRY
Government forest Services
State forest officials are recruited by State Public Service Commissions of the respective states and also through IFS exam conducted by UPSC. Forest rangers examination is conducted at state level by the Staff Selection Commissions. Eligibility for these examination is graduation with science subjects.
Other Job Opportunities
There are jobs in research institutes of forestry and private sector companies which are involved in forest related products.
