Eligibility Criteria for B. Voc in Construction Technology
 

 

  • Students who have completed plus two are eligible to get admission in the B.Voc course generally.

  • Those who have qualified SSLC and completed two years of BSS Diploma course in Construction Supervisor are eligible to get direct admission to the second year of B. Voc in Construction Technology (3rd semester).

  • Students who have completed Plus two and two years of BSS Diploma course in Construction Supervisor are eligible to get direct admission to the third year of B. Voc course (5th semester).

 
Course Duration

 

  • Three years for those who enter into the course generally.

  • Candidates who completed relevant and equivalent course are possible to get admission through lateral entry scheme (For further reference check Eligibility criteria section)

 

Course Suitability

 

They should have problem solving skills used daily in the construction industry; from dealing with the unexpected, such as burst water pipes, to minimising delays.They also possess time management skills such as in complex construction projects it requires effective organisation and time management if they are to be delivered to budget and on time.Candidates are also expected to possess a variety of different skill sets to be successful, including knowledge of the construction industry, technical skills and computer proficiency
